Steps to Delete Your Account 刪除帳號步驟

1. Sign in to your CaLoMei account below using the same method you used to register (Google, Apple, or Email).
2. After signing in, click the "Delete My Account" button.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Data That Will Be Deleted 將被刪除嘅資料

• User profile — name, age, weight, height, fitness goals, and all personal settings
• Food log entries — all meal records and nutritional data
• Authentication credentials — your sign-in session will be terminated

Data Not Stored / Already Not Retained 不會被保留嘅資料

• Food photos — photos are processed in real time for AI analysis and are never stored on our servers. They only exist on your device.
• Payment information — managed by Google Play / Apple and RevenueCat. CaLoMei does not store payment details. To cancel an active subscription, manage it through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Retention Period 保留期限

All data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no additional retention period. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
